Our welcoming and professional team is here to help make sure your Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise stay is as perfect as you’ve pictured it. We are delighted to offer you these guest services during your time with us.

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is connected to a partially covered parkade with electrical vehicle charging stations. Valet and self-parking is available to our overnight in-house guests at the following rates:

Self-parking: $40 CAD/day
Valet Parking: $55 CAD/day

The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby. Our Concierge can assist you with dinner reservations, activity bookings, transportation, and directions to major attractions in the area.

Dressed in authentic Swiss attire, the bell persons and door attendants at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise provide exceptional luggage handling services. The Bell Desk is located at the main entrance of the hotel.

Our Housekeeping team will provide extra amenities such as cribs and cots as requested and also handle all requests for lost & found items.

Next-day dry-cleaning services are available to our guests. Please phone 1-403-522-3511 for drop-off and delivery times.

Internet access is available 24-hours-a-day at our Business Centre located in the Mount Temple Wing on the lower level.

Located beside the front desk, Chateau Ski & Snow rental shop offers a variety of high-performance equipment and tuning services of downhill skis and snowboards. Rental service is available during the ski season from November to April.

Our Rental Shop has everything you need for a fun and safe day on the slopes including quality skis and snowboards, snowshoes, ice skates along with helmets, poles, outerwear, and more.

Please note: There are no advance reservations available for ice skates.

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is a pet friendly hotel however pets are not permitted on the 6th floor of the main building and the 5th floor of the Mount Temple Wing. A charge of $85.00 per room, per night plus taxes applies for pets and will be added to your guestroom folio.* For stays of 6 nights or longer, the charge will not exceed $480.00. In the event extra servicing to the room is required upon checkout, an additional charges starting at $125.00 may apply.

Unfortunately, due to health regulations, pets are not allowed in the Food & Beverage areas of the hotel. This includes the outdoor patio, the waiting area outside of dining venues and the Health Club pool deck.

Pets are not permitted to be left in the room unsupervised. Should the hotel be forced to remove the pet due to noise concern a $75.00 holding fee will be applied to your guestroom folio.

Please note that local bylaws require that dogs must be leashed throughout the Village of Lake Louise. Please be mindful of the resident wildlife (including bears, deer, and coyotes).

Additional pet amenities (e.g., baggies) are available through Royal Service by dialing ‘0.’

This daily fee is retained (and not distributed as a tip or gratuity to Hotel staff) by the Hotel. Accordingly, if you or your attendees wish to provide a tip or gratuity to the Hotel’s staff, please feel free to do so. Depending on the Hotel’s location, the daily fee may be subject to sales or other taxes, which may change from time to time without notice.

Special needs accommodation is available on a request basis. Please contact the hotel in advance to confirm due to limited inventory. Ramps are located throughout the hotel, with the exception of the pool. Designated parking stalls are also available in close proximity to the doors. Limited number of wheelchairs and portable equipment is available by request through Royal Service.
