In accordance with regulations implemented by the Government of Alberta, the hotel will be operating with additional mandatory public health measures in place. Effective December 24, these measures include:
- Limit of 10 people maximum per table in restaurants and bars and no mingling between tables
- No interactive activities in restaurants and bars such as dancing, darts and billiards
- Restaurants and bars must stop liquor service at 11:00 p.m. and must close at 12:30 a.m.
Hotel guests and day visitors over the age of 12 years of age must provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to access all hotel restaurants, bars, spas, pools, retail and any meeting or event held on the property. Chef Issel brings over 25 years of experience to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. He employs his artistic skills to design culinary creations that showcase our local, farm-fresh Albertan flavours, while ensuring that sustainability remains a focus throughout operations.
