Meet Sam Clark, our Regional Manager of Bars and Mixology. Sam is a passionate food and beverage expert who has placed in the Top-3 at World Class Canada, one of world’s most prestigious cocktail competitions. He oversees the creative and strategic initiatives of all bar operations at the resort, as well as our bottled cocktail program.
