All other access to the event is an exclusive affair, so it is important that you plan ahead! Entry to the event is by pre-purchased tickets only; each ticket includes a designated arrival timeslot, a key to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. However you decide to participate in the Ice Magic Festival, remember, if you are not staying at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, tickets must be pre-purchased and are not available the day of the event! Avoid disappointment by planning ahead and securing a timeslot that allows you to make the most of the winter wonderland in Lake Louise.
Parking Provisions
If you plan on arriving by car, please note onsite parking is not available. Fear not, your pre-purchased ticket grants you access to convenient shuttle services running from the Lake Louise Ski Resort parking lot. Shuttles will operate continuously from the ski hill car park from 3:30pm – 9:30pm on event days.
Guests staying at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise will receive the exclusive benefit of simply stepping out the door onto our Lakeshore Terrace and immersing themselves into the heart of the event. It is a front-row seat to the magic, right on your doorstep.
