Ginger Turmeric Mule – A Non-Alcoholic Cocktail

Join us in celebrating this new chapter in cocktail culture as we introduce the third of our collection of mocktails the Ginger Turmeric Mule.

Recipe | Makes 1 Cocktail

Ginger-Turmeric Syrup (yields 350ml)

  • 250 grams White Sugar
  • 250 grams Filtered Water
  • 1 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 150 ml Fresh Ginger Juice

Cocktail

  • 1 ½ oz. Seedlip Spice 94
  • 1 oz. Ginger-Turmeric Syrup (see recipe above)
  • 1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
  • ¼ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • Top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer

Method

Ginger-Turmeric Syrup

  1. Place water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a low simmer until sugar has dissolved.
  2. Add turmeric powder (you can use a tea infuser to steep the turmeric and keep the syrup free from grit)
  3. Add ginger juice and stir.
  4. Allow to cool.

Cocktail

GLASS: Mule Mug
ICE: Ice Cubes and Crushed Ice
GARNISH: Fresh Lime Wedge | Fresh Mint

  1. Measure all ingredients into mule mug and add ice.
  2. Top with ginger beer.
  3. Stir gently to incorporate ingredients.
  4. Garnish with mint crown and a fresh lime wedge.
