Summer Weekend Wellbeing Workshops

With more than 50 years of combined experience, our experts will teach you techniques to become a more calm, content and compassionate person. These workshops were carefully curated to fit the current environment in Lake Louise this summer: less noise and fewer people provides more opportunity for you to connect with the natural alpine serenity that Banff National Park offers. These programs are perfect for a solo traveler or a family, each day provides the perfect mix of wellness and personal time to explore our beautiful backyard. Learn how to relax your mind from the stresses of everyday life. Mindfulness teaches you the tools to live in the present moment and embrace all that is positive (and even negative) in your life. Let our instructors teach you the long history of mindfulness and show you how to practice the ancient technique yourself.


There is no better place to practice yoga than in the heart of Banff National Park. Inhale and exhale the fresh mountain air as you are guided through a gentle flow-style yoga class and guided meditation. Fit for any experience level, this class will keep your body and mind relaxed, calm, and at peace with nature.

Forest Bathing

The Japanese coined the term “Shinrin Yoku” or “taking in the atmosphere of the forest” to describe the sensation of calmness and peace a mindful walk in the forest can provide you. In the west we refer to this as “Forest Bathing” and scientists have found the benefits to be astronomical to one’s mental and physical wellbeing.
