Guided Forest Meditation

Reconnect with nature on this two hour journey through the forest. We will venture to a quiet, secluded spot, away from the hustle and bustle of busy Lake Louise. We will bring ourselves back to nature and clear the mind through meditation, journaling or simply being still for a moment in time.

Guests must be 13 years of age or older.
