Slow Flow Yoga

Slow flow yoga is a thoughtfully paced practice that supports both body and mind. With intentional movement, calming breathwork, and moments of stillness, this class helps ease stress, improve flexibility, and gently strengthen the body while encouraging deep relaxation and mindfulness.
