8:15 AM – 8:30 AM – REGISTRATION

8:30 AM – 9:15 AM – MINDFULNESS DISCUSSION WITH TRACEY

Learn how to calm your mind and live more in the present moment with mindfulness. In this discussion you will learn the what, where, why and how of mindfulness. Learn how to integrate various mindfulness practices and meditation into your daily life.

9:30 AM – 10:30 AM – MINDFUL NATURE WALK

Join Tracey for this slow, mindful walk to contemplate and enjoy nature with all your senses. This mindful walk will be in silence, allowing you to truly savour the beauty around you and enjoy the moment.

10:45 AM  – 12:30 PM – DISCUSSION, MEDITATION & YOGA CLASS

This gentle flow-style yoga class and guided meditation is suited for all levels of experience (including beginners).  Tracey has been teaching mixed level yoga classes for twenty years and can help to modify the class to suit your experience level, age, injuries, etc.

Note: All the above activities will be set up to honour social distancing. 72 hours prior to arrival cancellation policy.

What to Bring:

A yoga mat (hotel has some if needed)
A journal and pen
Comfortable clothing for discussion, yoga, meditation – layers are recommended
A jacket for the walk (ideally water resistant)
Comfortable walking shoes for the Mindful Nature Walk
