Jeff has been teaching for over 15 years and lives at the intersection of art, science and spirit. Based in Canmore, Alberta, he runs the Yoga Lounge, and loves being in the mountains. His classes are a unique blend of bio-mechanics and yoga, and he has a knack for making material relevant for people’s needs.

Cali Brown is a Certified Equine Gestalt Coach/Cosmetologist and Founder of Conscious Effects. We run leading Equine Retreats / Workshops and Private Sessions. My gift is helping people see their beauty from the inside out. Our horses are our family alongside our two little boys, Hudson and Beckham. What our horses have done for people in their healing is something words cannot explain. I have dedicated my life’s work to honoring horses and their amazing ability to help us heal and be truer to ourselves.
