Life coach and wellness speaker Tracey has been leading mindfulness meditation & yoga retreats and classes since she became a Certified Yoga teacher in 2000. Tracey has been studying with world-renowned Zen and Mindfulness Master Thich Nhat Hanh for the last 15 years and shares his teachings in her mindfulness meditation classes, presentations, and retreats.
Jeff has been teaching for over 15 years and lives at the intersection of art, science and spirit. Based in Canmore, Alberta, he runs the Yoga Lounge, and loves being in the mountains. His classes are a unique blend of bio-mechanics and yoga, and he has a knack for making material relevant for people’s needs.
Kathy is an experienced yoga teacher, breath work coach and meditation guide who specializes in helping people connect to themselves through movement and breath. As a Type-A in Recovery, she has dedicated her life to providing space for people from all over the world to tap into the contentment that exists inside us all. Her classes feature personal attention, creative sequencing and the opportunity to explore, grow, relax and have fun (laughter is encouraged!).
Ronna works with people to help build personal wellbeing and resiliency. She brings together her unique background of forest therapy, hike/snowshoe guiding, naturalist stories, coaching, and yoga/meditation to create a truly unique experience that helps people get grounded, be inspired and empowered to live a life they choose.
MacKenzie is an internationally recognized yoga instructor who has been teaching for over 10 years. Her teaching combines a thorough understanding of alignment and anatomy with the joy of balance and movement. She engages deeply with her students and her classes are thoughtfully sequenced, creating a safe space to have fun and explore, work hard yet find softness.
After years working in cultures where stress and burnout were seemingly the only way to success, Trish suffered a shocking loss that brought clarity: stress is unavoidable, but it doesn’t have to dictate our lives. As a speaker and mindfulness teacher, Trish teaches the skills to live happier, and helps her clients become happier, more effective and successful without the busy badge of honor.
Kathleen is a Certified Advanced TRE® Provider, Rehabilitative Pilates Master – Practitioner, Self- Myofascial Release Specialist & Posture Educator. Her approachability, four decades of teaching experience, sense of humor and compassion, have made her a much sought-after educator. Kathleen lectures & presents workshops globally. Her private practice is based out of Lakeview Physiotherapy in Calgary.

Tania is a writer and editor for magazines in the US and Europe and online media such as Forbes Travel, MSN.com and AOL Travel. Her fiction work has appeared in countless book anthologies, she has taught creative writing workshops for many organizations and is a Pushcart Prize nominee for short fiction.
Chau has a diverse background as the founder of the Canadian Mindfulness Centre, a psychometrist and as an instructor/student focusing on mindfulness based interventions. She provides a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space for individuals to be present and to grow physically, psychologically and spiritually.
Sean is an award-winning author, as well as a recognized Zen meditation teacher and Dharma Holder in the American White Plum Lineage of Zen. He has been a practitioner of Zen meditation for 30 years, and also teaches creative writing, meditation, and literature at the University of New Mexico-Taos, as well as SMU-in-Taos campus at Ft. Burgwin and the Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe.
A trained psychotherapist, experienced teacher and devoted practitioner with over 22 years of experience, Kim spent 15 years living in South Asia leading wellness retreats sharing tools for emotional well-being and mental health. Her book, Ashtanga Yoga for Beginner’s Mind, guides students to an understanding of how to apply practice to daily life. She lives in Crestone, Colorado.
